<p>Situated in the <em>Cotswolds of England,</em> famous for its horticulture heritage and set in five acres of beautiful Cotswolds Countryside, this <em>state-of-the-art distillery</em> with a personal touch is perfectly poised for the creation of fine spirits.</p><p>One of the only fully operational <em>Gin/Whisky Distilleries</em> in the United Kingdom, and the first whisky made entirely in the Cotswolds, the distillery ethos embraces the<em> Grain to Glass movement</em> by hand-crafting in small batches using the finest local barley.</p><p>The grain-to-glass production emphasizes quality over cost at every step of the process, from floor malting to long fermentations to slow distillation in traditional<em> Forsyth copper pot stills. </em></p><p>Aged in a blend of first fill ex-bourbon casks and repurposed wine barrels the whisky is blended and bottled on-site. Whilst the quantity may be limited, the quality is certain to impress over the years to come. It has already <em>received high acclaim,</em> putting the Cotswolds on the map of outstanding World Whiskies, including from our Members.
