Using both Grande Champagne and Borderies eaux-de-vie, the blend is aged using a three-fold process: First the cognacs are aged in virgin limousin barrels, then transferred mature casks. To finish the process they are moved to ancient vats to produce an incredibly smooth, intense aromas and flavors.
