<p>ORGANIC</p><p>Fresh and earthy, this Cabernet Sauv is lighter than what you would typically expect from this area it comes through with cassis, black cherry plum, graphite, dried flowers, and that characteristic granitic grip. It’s got good acidity, with light tannins and a lingering sappy, saline finish. 100% Whole Bunch.</p><p>Mick and his wife Jeanine started Craven Wines in 2014, sourcing fruit from single vineyard sites in and around Stellenbosch and making “site-specific, honest wines”.
