<p>Pure, precise, and utterly refreshing, this zero-dosage Crémant from Achillée is a striking example of Alsatian finesse. Made without added sugar, it offers a bone-dry, crystalline expression of its terroir. Expect fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of citrus blossom, green apple, and crushed stone, with subtle hints of toasted almond and brioche from time spent on the lees. On the palate, it’s taut and mineral-driven, with bright acidity and a clean, mouthwatering finish. Biodynamically farmed and crafted with meticulous care, this is a sparkling wine for purists.</p><p>After growing and selling grapes for years, the Dietrich family started making their own wine in 2016, in line with their low intervention approach in and out of the vineyard. Brothers Jean and Pierre now produce a full range of natural wines, all unfined and unfiltered, and with minimal sulphur added.
