<p>This small batch gin was created by the Crossbill team, using three different parts of the Scottish Juniper plant: blue juniper berries, green juniper berries & juniper needles, designed to celebrate all the amazing flavours this one plant provides. This results in a very traditional Crossbill taste, packed full of fresh piney juniper but with complementary bittersweet berry notes and a lasting citrus finish. All the juniper was handpicked from the Cairngorms National Park, macerated for six days and then distilled in a 150-litre Bain Marie still in the heart of Glasgow’s Barras. </p>
