The clean juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeast strains to maintain aromatic purity. The wine was allowed to build additional interest and texture through extended lees aging post fermentation. </p><p> This wine is quintessentially Marlborough in profile with bright aromas of guava, citrus fruits, and sweet crushed herbs. The palate is elegantly proportioned with lovely soft acid carrying the fruit flavours to a long, pure finish. </p><p> Enjoy with fresh seafood, Summer salads and fine Asian cuisine.</p>
