<p>The San Michelin vineyard wants to interpret and represent Custoza wine even more vigorously and elegantly. </p><p>It then undergoes a very long refinement for 6 months in barrels and for 24 months in bottles before being served.</p><p>Fresh, fruity and slightly aromatic. Custoza is a dry white wine with bright yellow colors and a complex blend of Garganera, Trebiano, Cortese and Riesling.</p><p>Aromas of flowers and white pulp fruits, with dry and harmonious flavours. It lends itself deliciously as an aperitif or paired with fish-based dishes.</p>
