<p>ORGANIC (UNCERTIFIED)/VEGAN/LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Another killer orange by the Slobodne family, this time 100% Pinot Gris. Destemmed grapes with 2 weeks of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation outdoors, and then aged in steel for 18 months. Floral, fruity, funky, fresh.</p><p>The vineyard has been reclaimed by the Jewish family who still runs it, after it was lost twice: to WWII and then to the communist government.
