As well as clearing the land around McLaren Vale, it was adopted worldwide in the late 19th century because of its ability to ride over stumps and gnarled roots, saving faremers valuable time and energy.Vinification: The grapes are gently crushed before being pressed in stainless steel basket presses. The juice is then transferred to temperature controlled tanks, where it is inoculated with yeast, starting the fermentation process.Very aromatic to start, lifted citrus blossom mix with white peaches and nectarines. Fresh and zesty on the palate, the oak lends support and gives a lovely creamy mouthfeel with texture and spice.This little number is great on its own and also goes down a treat with fresh fish, crunchy salads or a roast chook.d’Arenberg The Stump Jump White</p>
