Made from locally-sourced hand-turned barley on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, this smooth whisky has been aged in a single Bourbon cask before being cut with pure Dartmoor spring water.The spirit has taken on typical golden colour from the Bourbon cask. On the nose, there are vanilla aromas as you would expect from a bourbon cask. There are toffee notes on the pallet, crème brule and marsh mallow.
