<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>One of Burgundy’s rising stars has crafted this classic Pinot Noir, made with grapes that are over 50 years old from the Hautes Côtes de Nuit on the eastern slopes of the Côte d’Or. 60% of the grapes are fermented in whole clusters to add vegetal notes, and the wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, of which 30% are new.
