<p>The De Bortoli Chill Bill Sparkling Red is a unique and refreshing wine from Australia, designed to be enjoyed chilled. This spritzy red wine features a blend of Tyrian, Shiraz, and other varietals, resulting in a bright, deep purple hue with red fruit and floral undertones.</p><p>Bright, deep purple hue. Red fruited with a floral undertone. Soft and juicy palate with ripe coating tannins. All harmoniously tied together with a fine mousse.</p><p>Comes from multiple vineyards within the warm flat plains of the Riverina.</p><p>Select premium vineyards were chosen for their intense varietal flavour, and picked at their peak. The harvesting of fruit is timed to achieve a balance between freshness of fruit, as well as ripeness of tannins.
