<p>Our trusted trio of Scotch tamers had a special mission for the 25th edition of Deer, Bear & Moose: find a spectacular single-barrel offering perfect for Flaviar’s first NFT-equipped release.</p><p>They flew to the island of Islay and captured a Spirit typically deemed untamed. Cask <em>#200000127</em> is the one that caught their attention as they snooped around the warehouse of a Whiskymaker that’s been wowing palates since <em>1815</em>: an <em>ex-Bourbon hogshead</em> that held this mysterious Whisky for <em>twelve years</em> since October 2009.</p><p>The island of Islay is shrouded in a mystical mist of smokey peat, so we’ll deliberately hold the distiller’s name close to our chest. True Islay lovers, however, <em>should recognize the character</em>.
