Apple, lemon and floral notes with a mineral edge. Organic Aligoté grapes are hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeast and bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.</p><p>Alice and Olivier de Moor produce sublime white wines in the Chablis village of Courgis in Northern Burgundy. They have created a serious reputation for themselves which now means the wines are like gold dust.
