<p>A classic from an iconic French Vermouth brand.</p><p>Dolin Vermouth is one of the oldest and <em>most famous French Vermouth brands ever: i</em>n the late <em>19th century</em>, it was already garnering medals in Philadelphia, St Louis, and London. Today, it’s still synonymous with fine French vermouth. It’s also one of the last that still produces Vermouth de Chambéry: the only Vermouth with an appellation of origin that was awarded to it in 1932. The 5th generation of thei continues to make this authentic Vermouth in <em>Chambéry </em>where they macerate real plants from the Alpine meadows Chambéry according to a secret recipe. The Wine base mostly comes from the Armagnac vineyards of the Gers or local producers.</p><p><em>Dolin Blanc Vermouth</em> was the first white Vermouth that was created in <em>Savoie</em> in <em>1881</em>. This is a more complex and sweeter Vermouth than their Dry Vermouth. It’s based on a<em> closely-guarded recipe with 32 plants and spices,</em> including hibiscus, basil, cinnamon as well as artemisia and gentian. You can enjoy it neat or on the rocks as an Aperitif but the options don’t end there: add some fruit Liqueur and sip it like Hemngiway in a “Chambery-cassis”!</p>
