<p> Domaine Armelle et Bernard RION BOURGOGNE HAUTES CÔTES DE NUITS 2021</p><p>This 0.52 hectare tall vine is located in Magny-les-Villers, in the south of the HautesCoasts of the Nights. It is a south-facing and 35-year-old plot. It is the firstland in Hautes Côtes managed by the Domain. It is grassy between the rows andshallowly plowed between the vines. Of course, here as everywhereexploitation, Domaine Rion practices sustainable and thoughtful agriculture, exemptof insecticides and herbicides thanks in particular to mechanical tillage of the soil.The grape harvest is carried out after that of Pinot Noir, given the higher altitude.high which can delay ripening by a few days. After a manual harvest,the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The grape must then fermentsdirectly into 400/450 liter French oak barrels and its refinement ends thereanother 12 months.This golden wine has aromas of white flowers such as hawthorn. It’s amineral and unctuous wine on the palate, with pear aromas. To be served as an aperitif and at the tablefish, white meats and cheeses such as the famous Epoisses.Aging: 4 to 6 years.</p>
