<p>Domaine Armelle et Bernard RION CHAMBOLLE-MUSIGNY « Les Echezeaux » 2021</p><p>This 0.80 hectare vineyard, approximately fifty years old, is located south of thevillage of Chambolle-Musigny. On a magnificent hill facing the Jura, it enjoys anice sun. Here, as throughout the estate, Domaine RION practices asustainable and rational agriculture, free of insecticides and herbicides thanks in particular tomachining.After a manual harvest, the crop is destemmed and the whole grapes fermentfor 2 weeks in concrete tanks. The grapes are harvested manually. Afterpressing, the wine is brought to the cellar in barriques (45% new oak) for aduration of approximately 15 months.This wine offers aromas of red fruits but also flowers such as violet duringhis youth. Throughout its life, this wine will show you all its finesse. After 5 years,it will evolve with aromas of undergrowth, mushrooms and even a hint of leather. TOserve with raw or cooked fish, roasted or sauced white meats and of coursewith fine cheeses.Aging: 5 to 10 years. </p>
