<p>Domaine Armelle et Bernard RION VOSNE-ROMANEE « Dame Juliette » 2021</p><p>Three small plots (0.54 hectares) located south of the village of Vosne-Romanéemake up this cuvée. Here, as throughout the estate, Domaine Rion practicessustainable and rational agriculture, free of insecticides and herbicides thanks toin particular mechanical processing.The name “Dame Juliette” is a way to reward 60 years of work inthe vines of Bernard’s mother, Madame Juliette Rion.After a manual harvest, the crop is destemmed and the whole grapes fermentfor 2 weeks in concrete tanks. The grapes are harvested manually. Afterpressing, the wine is brought to the cellar in barriques (45% new oak) for aduration of approximately 15 months.Vosne-Romanée Dame Juliette is a feminine wine, delicate and soft on the palate. He isfruity and spicy, on raspberry, cloves and white pepper. Serve with veal orlamb, cooked traditionally or lightly spiced.Aging: 5 to 10 years. </p>
