Cherry, raspberry, and a particularly well-integrated vegetal undertone.</p><p>Adrien de Mello travelled the world following a love of wine before settling in Anjou in 2015. The full team of him and one long-term employee/friend plow by horse, and Adrien is passionate about foraging wild plants that he allows to grow amongst the vines.
