<p>Domaine de Saint-Pierre’s Arbois Blanc “Autrement” is an expressive Jura white crafted from 100% Savagnin grapes grown organically in the heart of the Arbois appellation. Aromas of citrus zest, orange peel, and delicate white flowers meet a refined saline minerality, while the palate offers lively acidity, notes of almond and hazelnut, and a subtle oxidative nuance that adds depth. Made with native yeasts and minimal intervention, this wine beautifully captures the freshness and character of Jura’s limestone and marl terroir.</p><p>Fabrice Dodane studied enology in Beaune and worked at a Pupillin cooperative before joining Domaine de Saint Pierre as manager in 1989. He took full control in 2011 after the owner’s passing. Based in Matheny, the 6ha estate spans Arbois and Côtes du Jura AOCs, with limestone and marl soils. Certified organic in 2012, all wines ferment with native yeasts in tanks or neutral barrels.
