<p>100% Chardonnay displays bright citrus and stone-fruit aromas of lemon, melon, and peach, underscored by strong minerality and vibrant acidity that bring tension and freshness. Its rounded texture adds a touch of richness, perfectly balanced by the wine’s mineral drive. Thanks to its structure and minerality, this wine offers both excellent ageing potential and immediate appeal for those who enjoy fresh, lively white wines.</p><p>Fabrice Dodane studied enology in Beaune and worked at a Pupillin cooperative before joining Domaine de Saint Pierre as manager in 1989. He took full control in 2011 after the owner’s passing. Based in Matheny, the 6ha estate spans Arbois and Côtes du Jura AOCs, with limestone and marl soils. Certified organic in 2012, all wines ferment with native yeasts in tanks or neutral barrels.
