<p>ORGANIC/ LOW SULPHITE</p><p>A slightly opaque garnet red with an inviting aroma of black cherries, olive tapenade, violets, and a distinct earthy note. The palate is bursting with cherry fruit, yet remains dry, with subtle tannins that stay in the background. This Poulsard is unexpectedly elegant.</p><p>Fabrice Dodane studied enology in Beaune and worked at a Pupillin cooperative before joining Domaine de Saint Pierre as manager in 1989. He took full control in 2011 after the owner’s passing. Based in Matheny, the 6ha estate spans Arbois and Côtes du Jura AOCs, with limestone and marl soils. Certified organic in 2012, all wines ferment with native yeasts in tanks or neutral barrels.
