Light to medium body but very flavourful with notes of cherry, raspberry, and gentle floral notes, and a kick of pepper and earth. Refreshing and balanced. </p><p>The two brothers that operate Domaine des Cognettes, Stéphane and Vincent, get their passion for great winemaking from the 9 generations that came before them. As they continue to produce wines they are cognizant of doing so responsibly and sustainably.
