<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES</p><p>Made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes, which are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, this light-bodied wine offers a complex blend of red fruit and rocky mineral aromas with a hint of spice. A slightly rounder and softer red compared to previous iterations of this cuvée. With plenty of juicy red cherry fruit and balanced acidity.</p><p>Located in the charming village of Andlau in Alsace, the Durrmann family has been producing organic wines from their ancestral home since 1979, with son Yann taking over the reigns last year. They firmly believe in the quality of their grapes and terroir, and aim to preserve this quality with minimal intervention in the winery, employing natural production techniques such as the use of native yeasts and low-to-no addition of sulphur. Part of the production is vinified in stainless steel while the rest is aged on old wooden casks.
