<p>Domaine Grauzan Merlot, IGP Pays D’Oc, South of France, 2023Grape: 100% Merlot, unoakedProducer Tasting Note:Brilliant with a deep garnet hue; intense nose of undergrowth, blackberries, blackcurrants, smooth and elegant attack with notes of ripe black fruits, beautiful aromatic freshness; present but silky tannins.Grapes are harvested when they are ripe and completely destemmed, after a pre-fermentation cold maceration, the fermentation takes place under controlled temperature. Maceration for 3-4 weeks.
