<p>Domaine Grauzan Viognier, IGP Pays D’Oc, South of France, 2024Grape: 100% Viognier, unoakedProduced by Les Vignerons d’Alignan du Vent winery in the Languedoc.Pale yellow and golden colour with complex and intense aromas of peach, pear, apricot and white flowers. Generous palate with a collection of aromas and flavours.Grapes are harvested fully ripe and are then destemmed. After a cold settling, fermentation is realised in tank under controlled temperature between 16 and 18C.
