It is a table wine, to be consumed togetherwhite meats or with shellfish and morecreamed fish, it will also be gooddried cheeses</p><p>To express all the particularities of ourterroir, and the typical nature of our vineyard (45haof only one comprising 30 hectares of vineyard), uswe maintain a harmonious ecological balancerespecting the natural cycles of the earthregenerate and permanently renew the life ofEarth. This is the basis of our commitmentorganic and biodynamic viticulture.</p><p>The terroir of our Côtes du Rhône Villages Blanc iscomposed of calcareous sandstones dating back to the Upper Cretaceous, the end of the secondary era. These stony, clay-sandy soils facilitate good rooting and allow for a balanced diet of water. The surface structure of this terroir has a high calorific value linked to the significant stoniness.All these particularities combined with a south/south-east exposure contribute to the low production of the plant, with slow and regular maturation, promising optimal concentration and maturation of the grape berries. </p>
