<p>Slightly blushed hue from the Pinot Noir, this fizz from the Loire has delicate red fruit notes, mingled with bright acidity and salinity from the white grapes. Aged on the lees for between 6 and 12 months for texture and structure, with moussey bubbles.</p><p>Third-generation winemaker Bernard farms 25 hectares alongside his son Benoît in Ancenis, north-east of Nantes.
