The shift to smaller volumes and fewer new oak influences, with a preference for smaller 228-litre barrels, contributes to the wine’s pure and precise nature. With the most delicate balance, it presents a harmonious palate, ripe with sophistication, and is capable of aging gracefully. </p><p>Established in 1970 by Marc Colin, this Burgundy Domaine spans 26 appellations, including the renowned Saint-Aubin, Chassagne and Puligny, and even features a cherished Montrachet. Today, Marc’s children, Damien and Caroline, continue the legacy with a focus on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking.
