<p>This wine is a harmonious blend of Braucol, Duras, Prunelart and Gamay grapes, the result is a surprisingly elegant and easy-drinking wine. Fresh red fruit aromas (redcurrant, strawberry, cherry) with a hint of spice (pepper). The palate is fresh, easy-drinking, and fruity, with no harshness. A thirst-quenching wine!</p><p>Hand-harvested, it is the result of meticulous work and precise winemaking: after a quick saignée (bleeding), each grape variety is treated individually in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Aging in tanks reveals all the finesse and freshness of the red fruit aromas.</p><p>In Gaillac, and more precisely in Cahuzac-sur-Vère, Florent and Romain took over the estate a few years ago from their parents, Myriam and Bernard.
