<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / BIODYNAMIC / LOW SULPHITE / VEGAN</p><p>Made from 80-year-old vines this is a wonderful dry white Burgundy – concentrated with great texture and minerality. It is full of exotic aromatics, bursting with fruit and spice, and a nice, lifting acidity. Full-bodied and rich white wine, it spends 11 months in barriques on the lees. Absolutely punching above its weight.</p><p>Renaud Boyer, originally from Meursault trained to be an engineer before switching careers and becoming a vigneron of land in Saint Romain. An organics enthusiast who had been working the vines free of chemicals since the 1980’s, and has now fully converted to biodynamic practices.
