A nose of zesty lemon pith, honey, and elderflowers, with flavours of toasted brioche and dried red fruits. It’s rich and buttery. </p><p>Domaine Rietsch is run by husband and wife team Jean-Pierre and Sophie Rietsch. They made natural, biodynamic wines with very minimal sulphur, if any.
