<p>With crunchy red fruits, woodland floor, and fresh acidity this is a serious and extremely elegant Burgundy that can be drunk now or aged. A medium to full-bodied wine with figs, spice, and truffles notes galore.</p><p>Domain Simon Bize is located in the AOC of Savigny-les-Beaunes and was created in 1880. In the vineyard there is an emphasis on taking care of the old vines without the use of chemicals or pesticides.
