<p>Domaine Tariquet, Entracte Effervescent, Vin deFrance, 2020Grapes: 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Chardonnay, tank fermentation, aged on lees.Producer Tasting Note:Entracte is a dry sparkling wine. The fine bubbles are naturally issued from a second fermentation in closed tanks based on the Charmat method, without the addition of CO2. The wine is then matured on lees for six months. It’s a “brut nature”, “zero dosage”, wine without expedition liqueur (no added sugar). With an alcohol content of only 10.5% ABV, it’s fine, light and fruity with an enchanting freshness and a touch of salinity. Flavours of apples & pears, finishing with a strong note of lemon/citrus.
