This Pinot Gris has a lush texture. Aromas of nectarine, sweet peach, pear and melon with w hint of citrus blossom are detected on the nose This is followed by a lush, full entry of ripe peach, apricot, tangelo and lemon zest. Excellent balance, with layers of complexity leading to a long apricot and citrus finish.Critic’s Tasting Note:”Very enticing bouquet with complexity and minerality, aromas of ripe tree fruits and mineral clay, with some spice and floral complexity. Off dry on the palate with a perfect measure of residual sweetness, balanced and contrasting acid line, a silky texture and flavours of grilled brown pear and apple, some citrus layers and fine white spice accents.
