<p>Domenis Grappa 45 (1L, 45% Vol.)A grappa characterized by generous aromatic intensity, thanks to the protection of the aromas during the distillation process in our copper stills; the taste is harmonious and intense with a long and pleasant persistence. The pomace of black and white grapes is collected fresh, even fermented, from selected suppliers and is ensiled preserving them from the air according to a delicate silo covering method. This favors the maintenance of an environment favorable to their conservation even for a few months. The pomace is distilled with a careful cutting of the “heads” and “tails” which allows the separation of a “heart” of the distillate free from defects and complete, balanced , at an alcohol content of around 75°. The “transformation” to the final alcohol content is done with dilution with water and cold filtration, at a temperature that guarantees the preservation of the fruity component. Colorless and crystalline, with generous aromatic intensity on the nose , harmonious and intense taste with a long and pleasant persistence.</p>
