<p><p> Type: Charmat method Brut sparkling wine.</p><p> Variety: White grapes grown in Calabria.</p><p> Production area: Calabria, central east in the province of Crotone, in Cirò Marina locality “Timpa Bianca”.</p><p> Soil: white clay.</p><p> Altimetry: from 50 to 100 meters above sea level.</p><p> Training system: Espalier with a density of 5600 plants per hectare.</p><p> Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot, dry summers.</p><p> Harvest: manual at the end of August.</p><p> Aging: one month in the bottle at a controlled temperature.</p><p> Characteristics: <em>Color</em> – pale straw yellow.<em>Aromas</em> – delicate scent reminiscent of fresh yeasts. <em>Taste</em> – dry, with good acidity, lively, savory, harmonious, moderately dry with sugars lower than 15 g/l.</p><p> Alcohol content: 11% vol.</p><p> Gastronomic pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs easily with crustaceans, molluscs and fresh cheeses.</p><p> Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.</p></p>
