With a very intense bouquet in which the notes linked to raisins stand out: apricot and candied orange peel; it also presents delicate hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it offers its proverbial and extraordinary freshness which balances the sweetness. The typical taste of dried Zibibbo is joined by countless other fruity sensations of aromatic herbs and honey.
