This authentic working distillery is renowned for it’s sustainable practices and delicious selection of rums. The Doorly’s XO Rum is 6 year old blend of rums from Barbados. It’s then aged in ex-bourbon barrels before a second maturation in former oloroso sherry casks made from European oak. It boasts aromas of banana and caramel, apricot and sherried oak.
