It is sourced from organic plots, and partly ploughed by horse.This cuvée is elaborated from 75% of Pinot Noir, 10% of Pinot Meunier and 5% of Blanc Vrai.Clarevallis represents the expression of the landscape and terroir which are mastered by men since the 12th century.At first, the color is golden-grey to the eye. The nose unveils elderberry and violet notes, with a lot of minerality.
