<p>NATURAL / VEGAN / NO ADDED SULPHITES</p><p>Refreshing, creamy but grippy palate with floral notes, green apple, and lemon citrus.The vines are over 80-years-old, giving very small yields of beautiful orange-tinged berries. Hand-harvested and placed as whole clusters in a small tank for a seven-day carbonic maceration. A great intro to orange wine for classic Burgundy fans.</p><p>From the vineyard of “Perelles le Haut” in Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse, a southerly-facing, softly sloped site of alluvial Bathonian limestone marl. As the grapes slowly release their juice contact with the skins and stems gives the wine a creamy, grippy palate.
