<p>A full-bodied single barrel release of Eagle Rare </p><p><em>Eagle Rare </em>– the name itself tells you half of the story. It’s a <em>limited offering</em>, and it brings forth the character as complex as America herself. It’s one of the many great Whiskeys made by <em>Buffalo Trace</em>, the oldest continuously operating Spirit-making establishment in the United States. They started distilling one year before the Declaration of Independence was signed, and they were allowed to keep their stills working during the Prohibition.</p><p>The history, the aromas, the flavors – this Bourbon is <em>already something special</em>. We love this expression so much we almost kept it for ourselves, but on the other hand, <em>it’s so good we have to share it with you.</em></p>
