The reality is that with its richly malty and fruity style, supported by a chewy and subtly waxy body, Dailuaine knows how to be a distillery of great charm.This 11-year-old single cask, whose oak had contained Bourbon, has an elegant nose of cedar, yellow plum and waxed wood, as well as a tempting side of pandoro, honey and shortbread biscuits.
