<p>A delicious London Dry Gin infused with flavors of Christmas past and present. </p><p><em>Ian Macleod Distillers</em> is the biggest Scotch company that you’ve probably never heard of. Founded in <em>1933</em>, they produce more than fifteen million bottles of Spirits every year, making them the 10th largest producer in Scotland. They source and produce across <em>two dozen or so brands</em> and also do <em>private-label production</em> for other producers, restaurant chains, and even stores across Europe. And the entire operation is still <em>family owned and operated </em>from the south side of Edinburgh.</p><p>Edinburgh Gin is one of the successful house brands at Ian Macleod Distillers and they have a range of twenty-two Spirits in the line.<em> Edinburgh Christmas Gin</em> is built on the foundation of their Classic Edinburgh Gin. But for this edition they have added extra botanicals to accentuate the festive spirit of the holiday. That means that they emphasize the <em>piney juniper </em>with notes of frankincense, myrrh, oranges, and nutmeg, among other flavors. The final Spirit is bottled at<em> 43%</em> ABV.</p>
