<p>Sheep Dip’s Gin brother.</p><p><em>Spencerfield Spirits Company</em> is based in Spencerfield House, near the <em>Firth of Forth.</em> Set up by ex-marketing director of <em>Glenmorangie Alex Nicol,</em> the company is family based and proud of their heritage. Alex and his wife Jane are dedicated to bringing a range of <em>Scottish bevrages</em> to the market, including inventively named <em>Sheep Dip Whisky</em>, Pig’s Nose Whisky and Edinburgh Gin, amongst other expressions.</p><p>There is a lot more to Edinburgh Gin than just juniper and Scottish enthusiasm. The labelling alone is a homage to the long history of Gin with its<em> art deco </em>inspired design. While it holds fast to the traditional ingredients of Gin, it also mixes <em>Scottish botanicals</em> with heather and milk thistle to present a wonderfully <em>herby expression. </em>The juniper is of course present throughout, but is complemented with a whirl of floral and <em>herbs delights.</em></p>
