<p>100% Pinot Noir, sourced exclusively from the legendary single vineyard “Les Crayères” in Ambonnay Grand Cru, which was planted in 1946. The blend consists of 60% from the 2015 vintage and 40% from 2014. Fermented with indigenous yeast and undergoing no malolactic fermentation, it is both fermented and aged in barrel, with 10% new oak. The wine spent 72 months aging on the lees, with a minimal dosage of 1g/L, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve its purity and character.</p>
