Nicely balanced, with a good length and texture on the palate. </p><p>These Albarino grapes are sourced from the Condado do Tea a subzone of Rias Baixas. The climate is heavily influenced by the presence of the Atlantic and Azores Anticiclon ensuring high temperatures and low rainfall.</p><p>These indigenous Albarino grapes from Galicia are hand harvested at their peak of maturity before being destemmed and gently pressed.The juice is then allowed to settle ahead of fermentation and later being filtered.</p><p>Super as an aperitif but matches really well with a wide range of seafood, in particular shellfish.</p>
