<p>:Bright, straw-yellow colour with a slight greenish tinge. Clean, distinctive, fragrant, varietal aroma with fine fruit notes (peach, pear). The racy acidity is harmoniously integrated into the fruit structure.Grape varierty:Riesling – South Tyrol Valle Isarco DOC.Production area:An ideal location for the white varieties grown at 530 metres above sea level, the climatic conditions are favourable. The vineyards are planted with selected vine clones and rootstocks, cultivated according to the Guyot system. The south-east orientation of the slopes guarantees intense sunlight and the lean slate soils leave their particularly distinctive, mineral flavours.Vinification:Fermentation at controlled temperature, 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in large wooden barrels (acacia). The recently expanded winery development to include Kerner and Riesling is more than just a professional challenge for Wachtler.
