Well this refers to the 8 elements necessary for Rum production – environment, cane sugar, water, yeast, distillation, tropical ageing, blending and filtration. A nod to the tradition and craftsmanship behind the drink. </p><p>The Rum itself has been matured for four years in <em>ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon</em> barrels. The final liquid is the product of ten different Rums blended together and diluted down using St Lucian <em>rainforest water.</em></p>
