El Libertad is a relatively young yet very ambitious brand that brings you<em> high-quality fine Rums </em>from <em>the Dominican Republic.</em></p><p><em>El Libertad Flavor Of Darkness Dark Oak Spiced Rum Chapter III</em> is part of their collection that’s supposed to tell different stories with its artful illustrations and hidden symbols. Each label is different but they’re all works by the French designer <em>Maurin Armand who created Studio Zephyr.</em> The third chapter of El Libertad is dedicated to the flavor of darkness. How does this translate into flavors? A blend of molasses Rums, this is a dark oak spiced Rum that spent<em> 8 years</em> in an ex-Bourbon cask. Bottled at <em>48.1% </em>ABV, it greets with woody aromas and hints of coffee while the palate brings more dried fruit, plums, and walnuts flavors. This is definitely a story worth reading.</p>
